Jonathan Gustafsson Frennert

I research embodied intelligence, examining challenges that robots find difficult yet animals perform with (seeming) effortlessness. Most recently, I spent a year as a PhD student at the University of Manchester, focusing on machine learning for soft robotics. During this year, I also carried out a research visit to the University of Toronto.

I did my undergraduate at the University of Edinburgh and worked on robot vision at Caltech, as well as the University of Cambridge.
